Our defrost electric heating tubes are manufactured with advanced production technology and high-quality materials, adhering to strict quality control standards to meet the harsh working environment of low temperature, high humidity, and frequent thermal shocks in refrigeration equipment. The product adopts a scientific structure: a metal tube (usually SUS304, SUS321, SUS316, Incoloy 840, or aluminum) as the outer shell, spiral electric heating alloy wire (nichrome or iron-chromium-aluminum alloy) as the heating core, and high-temperature resistant magnesium oxide powder filled in the gap to achieve excellent insulation and thermal conductivity. Both ends of the tube are sealed with high-temperature silicone or neoprene caps to enhance water resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring long-term stable operation in humid and low-temperature environments.
