Fluoroplastic Insulated High-temperature Control Cable

Technical Characteristics

1.    Maximum continuous operating temperature: 135. Tensile strength reaches 45 MPa, with excellent wear resistance.

2.    Maximum continuous operating temperature: 150. Tensile strength reaches 45 MPa, featuring outstanding wear resistance and crack resistance.

3.    Maximum continuous operating temperature: 200. Remains flexible at -60. Dielectric constant is only 2.1, volume resistivity up to 10¹ Ω·cm, and dielectric breakdown strength reaches 600 mil.

4.    Continuous operating temperature: 260. Maintains flexibility at -60 and has superior crack resistance. Its electrical performance is equivalent to that of FEP insulated control cables.

5.    All cables deliver excellent chemical corrosion resistance, atmospheric aging resistance, flame retardancy and water resistance.

Delivery Terms

1.    The standard delivery length of finished cables is no less than 50 meters. Short cables under 10 meters are acceptable, whose total length shall not exceed 10% of the total delivery quantity. Custom lengths are allowed subject to mutual agreement.

2.    Conductors include single-strand/multi-strand bare copper, tinned copper and silver-plated copper. Other conductor types are available for customization.

3.    Core wires are color-coded in accordance with relevant standards.

Application

Widely used for electrical equipment, automatic instrument control, monitoring circuits and protection lines in aviation, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical and other industries under ambient temperatures of 135, 150, 200 and 260.
