Flange Electric Heating Tube

A flange electric heating tube is assembled by welding or screwing multiple electric heating tubes onto a flange to form a high-power heater that can be integrally installed and disassembled. A temperature sensor probe can be welded on the flange to make an integrally temperature-controllable heater. It prevents dry burning and effectively extends service life.

It features two connection methods:

1.Threaded connection, with common specifications ranging from G1/2 to 2 inches;

2.Flange connection, commonly known as flat flange connection, with standard sizes from DN50mm to DN300mm.

Common flange materials for flange heating rods include brass, stainless steel and No.10 steel. Heating tube materials are generally No.10 steel, stainless steel and red copper.Conventional power specifications: 1.5KW, 3KW, 6KW, 9KW, 12KW, 15KW, 30KW, etc.

Widely applied in heating scenarios such as electric water boilers, electric boilers, solar energy systems, solar water tanks, chemical tanks, bathing pools and swimming pools.
