Silicone Rubber Heating Plate

The operating temperature range of the silicone rubber heating plate is -60℃ to 250℃, and the recommended working temperature is below 180℃.It is manufactured by evenly distributing thin alloy metal heating elements between glass fiber cloth coated with high-temperature resistant silicone rubber, followed by high-temperature mould pressing.

The silicone rubber heating plate is ultra-thin with a standard thickness of 1～1.5 mm and lightweight, weighing 1.3~1.9 kg per square meter. It features stable performance, moisture resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.The product delivers rapid power-on heating and fast temperature rise, with a large and uniform heating surface. It is corrosion-resistant, eco-friendly, flame-retardant, easy to install, long service life and high dielectric strength, standing out among various electric heating components.

Voltage can be customized as required, with a maximum power density of 2.1W/cm².There are two types of heating cores: high-resistance alloy wire and metal foil. The metal foil heating core enables the heating plate to withstand extremely high power density and provides excellent rapid heating performance.

The silicone rubber heating plate is thin and sheet-shaped (standard thickness: 1.5 mm) with outstanding flexibility, enabling it to fit closely to the surface of heated objects for efficient heat transfer to any required position.

2.The insulation layer is composed of compounded silicone rubber and glass fiber cloth, offering superior insulation performance with a breakdown voltage of 20～50KV/mm, safe and reliable for use.

3.Extremely easy installation: it can be bonded with room-temperature vulcanized silicone glue, fixed via reserved mounting holes, or installed by binding as required.

4.Heating element structure: Nickel alloy heating wire is wound on glass fiber yarn, achieving a heating power density up to 2.1W/cm² for more uniform heat distribution.
