Cast Aluminum Heater

The cast aluminum heater adopts tubular electric heating rods as the heating element. After being bent into the required shape, the elements are put into molds and formed by centrifugal casting. Following precision machining to the required dimensions, the heater can closely fit the heated parts. It features fast temperature rise, uniform heating, excellent thermal conductivity, long service life, pollution resistance and high safety and reliability.

Order Instructions

1.Customers shall provide product drawings or samples. If unavailable, complete specifications, model, voltage, power and other parameters must be offered.

2.The surface load of cast aluminum heaters ranges from 2.5～4.0 W/cm².

Operation Instructions

1.The operating voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.

2.The wiring section shall be arranged outside the heating and insulation layers, and the shell shall be effectively grounded.

3.Store the cast aluminum heater in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ after long-term storage, bake it in an oven at around 200℃ for 5–6 hours to restore normal insulation performance.
