Finned Electric Heating Tube

The finned electric heating tube is made by winding metal cooling fins on the surface of a conventional heating element. Compared with ordinary heating elements, its heat dissipation area is expanded by 2~3 times, meaning the allowable surface power load of the finned element is 3~4 times that of the ordinary one.

The shortened overall length of the element reduces its own heat loss. Under the same power condition, it features fast temperature rise, uniform heat generation, excellent heat dissipation, high thermal efficiency, long service life, small size of heating device and low cost. It is rationally designed according to customer requirements for easy installation.

The product is widely used in machinery manufacturing, automobile, textile, food, home appliance and other industries, especially in air conditioner and air curtain industries.
