Finned Electric Heating Tube

The finned electric heating tube is manufactured with premium materials including stainless steel, high-temperature magnesium oxide powder, electric heating alloy wire and metal cooling fins, adopting advanced production equipment and processes under strict quality management.

Compared with ordinary heating elements, its heat dissipation area is expanded by 2~3 times, meaning the allowable surface power load of the finned heating tube is 3~4 times that of conventional elements. The shortened overall length greatly reduces self-heat loss. Under the same power condition, it features uniform heat generation, fast temperature rise, excellent heat dissipation, high thermal efficiency, long service life, compact heating device size and low cost.

Reasonably designed according to customer requirements, it is easy to install. This product series can be mounted in air duct pipelines or other heating occasions with static or flowing air.
