Far-Infrared Silicon Carbide Electric Heating Plate

The far-infrared silicon carbide electric heating plate adopts silicon carbide plate coated with metal oxide (far-infrared radiation coating) as the radiation element. Electric heating wires are installed in the holes (or grooves) of the element, with thick insulating, fireproof and heat-insulating materials laid at the bottom of the element. It can be powered on and put into use after being fitted with a metal shell and wiring terminals.

It is widely applied in industries including automobile, textile, printing and dyeing, dyestuff, papermaking, bicycle, refrigerator, washing machine, chemical fiber, ceramics, electrostatic spraying, grain, food, pharmaceutical and chemical engineering.

The silicon carbide far-infrared electric heater is a radiant heater. After power-on, it can form strong broadband directional radiation in the vertical space. It efficiently converts electric energy into far-infrared radiation energy, which is directly transmitted to the dried materials and rapidly converted into molecular thermal motion. The materials are dried from inside to outside to realize rapid drying and shaping, with remarkable energy-saving effect.
