Working Principle

The working principle of the ceramic heater is based on the Joule effect: when an electric current passes through the heating wire embedded in the ceramic substrate, the heating wire generates heat due to resistance. The high thermal conductivity of the ceramic substrate quickly transfers the heat to the surface of the heater, and then radiates or conducts the heat to the heated object, realizing rapid and efficient temperature rise. The ceramic material has excellent insulation performance, which can effectively prevent electric leakage and ensure the safety of use. At the same time, the ceramic substrate has good high-temperature resistance, which can maintain stable performance even in high-temperature environments above 600℃.
