Mica Heating Ring

The mica heating ring features an outer shell made of stainless steel, copper or iron sheet. Heating wires are wound on high-insulation and fire-resistant mica sheets, with superior insulating and refractory layers on both sides of the wire core. It is first fabricated into flat panels, then mechanically twisted into shape, ready for use once powered on.

Taking advantage of mica's excellent insulation and high temperature resistance, the product adopts mica board as framework and insulation layer, supported and protected by galvanized steel or stainless steel sheets. It can be manufactured into heating parts in diverse shapes including plate, sheet, cylinder, cone, barrel and ring. Its maximum design power reaches 1000W, with heat resistance up to 600℃. Widely applied for heating in household appliances, metallurgy, chemical engineering, plastic processing and electrical industries.

It boasts flexible installation, fast heat conduction, reliable insulation, and unrestricted production specifications.

Usage Precautions

1.Operating voltage shall not exceed 10% of rated voltage; effective grounding is required.

2.Store heating elements in dry places and avoid moisture. If insulation resistance drops below 5MΩ after long-term idle use, bake in drying oven at 150-200℃ for 2 to 3 hours.

3.Ensure firm installation without looseness before operation.

4.The elements have undergone strict inspection and drying. Recheck for electric leakage and short circuit risks prior to use for safety.
