Cast-In Heaters

Cast-in heaters are heaters formed by casting tubular electric heating elements into molten metals such as aluminum, copper and iron, then pressed into various shapes as required.

The tubular heating element is constructed with high-temperature resistant stainless steel seamless tubes, in which high-temperature resistance wires are evenly distributed. The gaps are densely filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder that features excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. This advanced structure not only delivers high thermal efficiency but also ensures uniform heat distribution. When an electric current passes through the high-temperature resistance wire, the generated heat diffuses through the crystalline magnesium oxide powder to the surface of the metal tube, and then transfers to the object to be heated or the surrounding air, achieving the heating effect.

Applications

Cast aluminum and cast copper heaters are mainly used for heating plastic machinery, ovens, water boilers, pipelines and non-corrosive liquids.Cast iron heaters are widely applied in die-casting machines for lock making, zippers, hardware, toys and other manufacturing industries.
