Cast Aluminum Heating Plate

Casting heaters include a full range of industrial and civil electric heating castings in multiple specifications, mainly classified as follows:

1.Cast Aluminum & Cast Copper Heaters: Tubular electric heating elements are cast into molten aluminum or copper and pressed into heaters of various shapes. They are widely applied for heating and temperature rise of plastic machinery, drying ovens, water boilers, pipelines and non-corrosive liquids.

2.Cast Iron Heaters: Electric heating tubes are cast into molten iron, extensively used on die-casting machines in lock manufacturing, zipper, hardware, toy and other industries. Nozzle heaters, also known as gooseneck heaters, fall into two types: one with heating tubes cast in red copper, and the other with heating tubes cast in iron.

3.Custom Special Electric Heating Castings: Various electric heating castings with customized specifications can be produced according to customers’ requirements.

Order Instructions for Cast Aluminum Heating Plates

1.Customers shall provide product drawings or samples. If unavailable, detailed parameters including product specifications, model, voltage and power must be offered.

2.The surface load power of cast aluminum electric heaters ranges from 2.5～4.0 W/cm².

3.The surface load power of cast copper electric heaters ranges from 3.5～5.0 W/cm².

Operating Instructions for Cast Aluminum Heating Plates

1.The operating voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.

2.Wiring components shall be placed outside the heating layer and thermal insulation layer, and the shell must be effectively grounded.

3.Cast aluminum and cast copper heaters shall be stored in a dry environment. If the insulation resistance drops below 1MΩ due to long-term storage, bake the heater in a drying oven at about 200℃ for 5 to 6 hours to restore normal insulation performance.
