Cast Aluminum Heater

A cast aluminum heater is manufactured by casting tubular electric heating elements into molten metal such as aluminum, copper or iron, then pressing them into various required shapes.

The tubular electric heating element adopts a high-temperature resistant seamless stainless steel tube with high-resistance heating wires evenly arranged inside. The gaps are fully filled with crystalline magnesium oxide powder featuring excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. This structure is advanced with high thermal efficiency and uniform heat generation. When current passes through the high-resistance heating wire, the generated heat transfers to the outer surface of the metal tube via the crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and then conducts to the heated workpiece or air to realize heating.

Application:Cast aluminum and cast copper heaters are mainly used for heating of plastic machinery, drying ovens, water boilers, pipelines and non-corrosive liquids.Cast iron heaters are widely applied to die-casting machines in lock making, zipper, hardware, toy and other manufacturing industries.

1.Customers shall provide product drawings or samples; if unavailable, specifications, model, voltage, power and other parameters must be offered.

2.The surface load power of cast aluminum electric heaters ranges from 2.5～4.0 W/cm².

3.The surface load power of cast copper electric heaters ranges from 3.5～5.0 W/cm².
