This heater is manufactured by casting tubular electric heating elements into molten aluminum and pressing into a round shape. It is mainly applied for heating and temperature rise of plastic machinery, drying ovens, water boilers, pipelines and non-corrosive liquids.

Order Instructions for Circular Cast Aluminum Heating Plate

1.Customers shall provide product drawings or samples. If unavailable, specifications, models, voltage, power and other parameters of the product must be offered.

2.The surface load power of cast aluminum electric heaters ranges from 2.5～4.0 W/cm².

3.The surface load power of cast copper electric heaters ranges from 3.5～5.0 W/cm².

Operating Instructions for Cast Aluminum / Cast Copper / Cast Iron Heaters

1.The operating voltage shall not exceed 10% of the rated voltage.

2.The wiring part shall be arranged outside the heating layer and heat insulation layer, and the shell must be effectively grounded.

3.Cast aluminum and cast copper heaters shall be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ due to long-term storage, bake it in an oven at about 200℃ for 5-6 hours to restore normal performance.
