3.Pollution and blockage of the heating environmentScale easily contaminates the heated liquid and promotes bacterial growth. Heavy scale deposits may also sink and cause internal blockages in heating tanks or vessels.

Here are practical tips to handle scale on heating tubes:
1.Control temperature fluctuationsAvoid large temperature changes in the heating environment, as sharp temperature differences accelerate scale formation. For low-demand applications such as domestic hot water, keep the water temperature below 50°C to greatly reduce scaling.
2.Develop proper operating habitsDo not let the heating zone be exposed above the liquid level during operation, which helps minimize scale. After heating, allow the heater to cool down with power off for a period before reuse, avoiding prolonged dry burning that promotes scale adhesion.
3.Regular maintenance and anti-scale solutions
For hard water conditions where scale forms easily, establish a routine maintenance schedule to clean scale regularly.
If manual cleaning is difficult, install a magnesium anode rod in the vessel to reduce scale accumulation. Alternatively, use large-diameter high-quality quartz heating tubes: their smooth surface resists scale adhesion, and the infrared radiation they emit helps soften water quality.
