For uniform heating platforms, multiple cartridge heaters are horizontally embedded into metal flat plates. Application of cartridge heaters in uniform heating platforms

The core heating element of cartridge heaters is nickel-chromium heat-resistant alloy wire, which is wound around magnesium oxide core rods with good insulation and thermal conductivity. Magnesium oxide powder is filled between the heating wire and outer sheath as insulating medium, then compressed mechanically to remove internal air for integrated forming.
