1. Overview

The single-end electric heating tube with nut is a specialized heating element designed for efficient heating of liquid materials. It features a integrated bolt structure for easy installation and reliable performance under pressure conditions.

2. Structure

A hollow metric or imperial bolt with a hexagonal head (for fastening) of customized dimensions (as per customer requirements) is welded to the terminal section of the single-end electric heating tube. Two configurations are available:

Hexagonal head upward
Hexagonal head downward

3. Applications

Widely applicable for heating various liquid materials. It can withstand a pressure of ≥0.8 MPa, making it suitable for pressure-bearing heating scenarios.

8–20 × 60–1000 (Dimension specification: diameter range × length range)

Heater electrical parameters: Voltage, power, phase number, and lead wire length.
Heating tube dimensions: Length, width, outer diameter; for flanged types, please provide flange outer diameter, thickness, and number of holes.
Material requirements: Heating tube material, flange material, and whether protective accessories are needed.
