Structure

A circular or baffle plate is welded at the wiring end of the single-head electric heating tube.

It is used for through-hole heating holes of molds or mechanical parts, to limit the longitudinal displacement of the heating element.

General Application Scope

Conventional limited single-head electric heating tubes are widely applied in plastic encapsulation, small mold heating, analytical instruments, cigarette industry, manufacturing industry, semiconductor eutectic welding, heating of sprue channels for die castings, glue-free runner injection molding, and heating scenarios for cooling effect caused by gas expansion.

Customization & Installation Precautions

This product adopts high power density design. Poor heat transfer will cause blackening of the tube surface, accelerate aging of the internal heating wire under high temperature, and eventually lead to wire burnout.

High precision is required for deep hole machining of molds. Do not drill holes from both ends, as poor fitting and gaps at the joint will result in poor heat dissipation of the heating tube and uneven temperature of heated components.

The magnesium oxide powder at the wire outlet end must be protected from contamination and moisture infiltration to prevent electric leakage. It is recommended to reserve 5mm of the tube outside the mold.
