Product Introduction of Right-angle Lead Single-head Electric Heating Tube
1. Overview
This heating tube is structured by placing electric heating wire inside a metal tube, with the gaps fully filled with crystalline magnesium oxide featuring excellent thermal conductivity and insulation. Both ends of the heating wire are connected to power supply via two lead rods.
It boasts simple structure, long service life, high thermal efficiency and great mechanical strength. It can be bent into various shapes with safe operation. Adopting premium raw materials and strict production processes, the finished tube owns superior electrical insulation performance and extremely high dielectric strength.

2. Selection of Magnesium Oxide Powder
Magnesium oxide powder is filled between heating wire and tube wall, serving as insulating medium while delivering outstanding heat conduction. However, it is highly hygroscopic, so moisture-proof treatment including magnesium oxide modification or tube end sealing is necessary before use.
3. Service Life
The service life of electric heating tubes depends on heating wire quality, magnesium oxide grade and heating wire diameter selection. For high-temperature heating tubes, we can manufacture products with surface load below 8W/cm². The surface load of heating wire shall be calculated to confirm proper wire diameter and guarantee qualified service life.
4. Working Environmental Conditions
a. Altitude: No more than 1000 meters
b. Ambient temperature: -20℃ ~ 50℃
c. Relative air humidity: ≤90% (at 25℃ ambient temperature)
d. Free from conductive dust, explosive gas and corrosive gas that damages metals and insulating materials severely
e. No severe impact and vibration
