Non-standard single head heating rod

The heating rod is a high-load electric heating element, generally used for heating the mold. Our company uses imported seamless stainless steel pipes. In view of the high temperature of the pipe surface when the product is in working condition, and the thermal insulation and leakage current requirements, the internal design uses high-temperature resistant magnesium oxide rods, anti-oxidation nickel complex heating wires and nickel-manganese lead wires, fully considering the installation and use environment, and maintaining the standardization of pipe diameters. To meet customers' requirements for the safety and longevity of equipment heating components.

End use condition of heating rod: mold heating.

Surface treatment: polished.

Heating rod outer diameter: Φ6.0--Φ25.0MM.

Heating rod sealing styles: GLASS (glass) sealing, RTV.

Electrical performance: The insulation value is greater than 50MΩ when placed for a long time, and the leakage current is less than 0.5mA:
