The single terminal single-head heating rod is made of a metal tube as the shell and filled with high-resistance electric heating alloy wire as the heating material. It is filled and compacted around the electric heating wire and has good insulation properties. High-purity magnesium oxide with high thermal conductivity is used as the filler. This product has the characteristics of high power, high thermal efficiency, and fast heat dissipation.

Performance requirements for single terminal heating rods

1 Heating time: Under the test voltage, the time for a single-head heating rod to rise from the ambient temperature to the test temperature should not be greater than 15 minutes.

2 Rated power deviation Under the condition of sufficient heating, the deviation of the rated power of a single-head heating rod should not exceed the following specified range

3. During the factory inspection of insulation resistance, the cold insulation resistance should not be less than 50MΩ.

4. The insulation strength of a single-head heating rod should be maintained for 1 minute under the specified test conditions and test voltage without flashover or breakdown.
